Corporate Policy

As a manufacturer of vending and reverse vending systems, we work with materials, energy and technical processes every day. We therefore take environmental and energy-related aspects into account across various areas of our company, from product development and manufacturing to operational processes.

Our aim is to focus on concrete measures and transparent, verifiable information.

On this page, we provide an overview of the areas in which we address energy use, materials, production processes and technical requirements.

Production and Operational Processes

Production facilities, technical processes and operational procedures are regularly reviewed and further developed where necessary. In doing so, we take into account factors such as energy and material use, as well as legal, technical and operational requirements.

Measures implemented across our company include, for example:

  • Extraction and filtration technologies in relevant production areas
  • Defined procedures for handling hazardous substances and solvents
  • On-site energy generation to cover part of our electricity requirements
  • Regular technical inspections and modernisation of equipment
  • Additional mobility options for employees, such as the JobRad company bicycle scheme

Products and Technical Development

Our vending and reverse vending systems are designed for professional use. During product development, we consider factors such as energy consumption, material selection, repair options, and technical and legal requirements.

Service, maintenance and spare parts support the operation of our systems throughout their service life. During the design process, we also consider how different materials and components can be separated. This can help facilitate appropriate recovery and recycling processes at the end of a product's service life.

Natural refrigerants are used in cooling systems designed for this purpose. The specific technical equipment depends on the respective machine and its configuration.

Keeping Energy Consumption in Focus

Energy consumption is taken into account during the development of our products. Technical solutions, components and operating methods are assessed and further developed in line with the requirements of each product.

Our in-house testing facilities, including our climate chamber, enable us to examine technical properties and operating conditions under defined conditions. For relevant products, we also take into account the applicable legal requirements and regulations.

Materials and Design

The selection and use of materials form part of our development and production processes.

Depending on the product and application, we consider technical requirements, availability, processing, repair options and the ability to separate individual components.

Our aim is to design technical solutions that meet the respective requirements for functionality, operation and servicing.

Continuous Improvement

Technical possibilities, legal regulations and operational requirements are constantly evolving. We therefore regularly review and further develop our processes and products.

Our focus includes:

  • Energy use and consumption
  • Material selection and use
  • Production and testing procedures
  • Maintenance and repair options
  • Technical development
  • Legal and product-specific requirements
